Iam in for the am, I agree 110% with the need to personally step it up. I have a few ideas, we can chat tomorrow am!
Add some weights? Add some intervals (sprints/jumping rope) into our walks. Yes, I know we may look like freaks, but who cares? It will be dark out. Grub lake offers some more hilly terrain.
Can't wait!

I am excited about all those ideas. But, I really do have to take it slow! I'm scared. I am soooo much better but, I don't want it to get worse. YIKES!
