Saturday Morning Stroll!!

Hi girls,

Those of us who could walk today picked a start time of 7am for tomorrow (Saturday). We will begin the same but, maybe we could take a different route for fun if we are all flexible on time. Sound like fun?? Yipee!!

Thursday morning walk is at 5:30 and then on Friday we will have a shortened 5am walk. The weekend is still open for discussion. We can certainly sleep in a bit but, still get out there before it gets too hot. What is the forecast anyway?

School Begins!!! Yea!!

The good news is.... school begins in the morning! The bad news is....we must walk earlier. So we are beginning at 5:00 tomorrow just to make sure we are home in plenty of time to make a good hot breakfast and see our kiddies off for a fun day! And then....The party begins! On to the movies!!!

Step it Up!

Hi Girls!

Iam in for the am, I agree 110% with the need to personally step it up. I have a few ideas, we can chat tomorrow am!

Add some weights? Add some intervals (sprints/jumping rope) into our walks. Yes, I know we may look like freaks, but who cares? It will be dark out. Grub lake offers some more hilly terrain.

Can't wait!

Monday Morning Walk

Hey gal pals!

So far the plan for Monday morning is 6am! Unless I hear differently from Shelly. So for the time being.... see ya at 6:00. I am thinking that I need to step things up somehow. Any ideas? I'm still taking it easy on my back but, I am really needing a kick in the rear! We will talk tomorrow.

Tomorrow it's 5:30! As it seem right now we are at 6am on Monday's and 5:30 Tues.- Fri. Sat. and Sun. is not yet determined. We will have to see if we need to switch to 5am once school starts or if 5:30 still works.

We don't have Beth on Friday's because she is a working girl. We will miss you!!

The power duo of Beth and Rae battled the rain this morning. I however, slept in. Those two are like postmen...rain...sleet or shine. You two deserve the little hiney award today!!!

I don't know what Shelly's school schedule is yet but when I do I will let you know what time for tomorrow!

Hello!

I believe that we are walking at 5 am! Remember, Shelly starts school so we are beginning our new schedule!! Bright and early! Now, if there is moderate or more rain I think we are sleeping in. No need to soak ourselves completely. But I think most of us can handle light rain....Right?

We talked about creating this and now we have it!!

I will make sure you can all have access to post and we can invite others to walk with us this way!!

I am hopeful that we can take this farther with doing walk-a-thons etc. We rock!
