Thursday Morning!

Well today was a complete bust!

Sorry! Rae was sick, I am having muscle spasms in my back & Shelly had to study. Sorry Beth and Pam!! Beth came by but must have missed ya Pam.

Tomorrow is a 5am day. I am hoping my hubby can give my back a little massage to relax the muscles. The good news is that my sciatica is gone! So!!! If all goes well I will be out there in the morning!

Can't wait!

I don't know how the 5pm(ish) walk went...because I forgot all about it.

Tomorrow is a 5:30 morning!

Possible Walk for Sunday Afternoon

I hope you are having a spectacular weekend!!

With all of our busy schedules and lack of sleep there has been no scheduled walking for the mornings this weekend. However we have a tentative walking plan for Sunday @ 5pm.

I hope you all got a little extra sleep this morning! I did!

Friday Morning Walk

Okay, as hard as it is to get up at the crack of crud and walk in the dark, when we all want to be in bed asleep....doesn't it feel great when it's over?
At 6:00 this morning we had already done something great for ourselves and had some giggles and learned something new about each other. How cool is that???
Now, the trick is to remember that tomorrow morning as the alarm goes off and we are cursing mother nature because we were hoping for a rain out!!!
As Rae put it this morning, It's so great to have each other to be accountable to! Thank you for that!
So, having said all of that....I'll see ya at 5:00 tomorrow!

Hello Ladies!

Thursday s a 5 o'clock mornin'! Unless the sky opens up and it poors on us. A little drizzle doesn't hurt but, we don't need to be soggy, right?

We have had a new addition this week! Welcome to Pam! We are happy you have joined us!

I tried somehting new...I attempted to add a fun link. This one is about "butt" shaping! I'm all for that. Hopefully I did it right!

Oct. 9th

It's a 5:30 morning! Good thing we have our super night vision goggles! Oh, I mean Rae's special light hat!!! What would we do without her? It was a dark morning without our glowing friend.
